That is why some objects and places selected for the THE ORB concept date back, for example, to the 12th century and thus carry traditional values,“ says architect Věra Nagyová, head of THE ORB project and ARCH.IC studio. She points out that Protivín is the first of a total of twelve objects: the whole concept goes far beyond the borders of the Czech Republic and is thus unique on a global scale, where it has no parallels.
And what awaits the club in the future?
They have enough ambitions and plans. „The functioning of our club is calculated for decades. We have a huge amount of work ahead of us: primarily developing and investing in our acquisitions and completing others so that we can be equal partners for our investors in all areas of investment. At the same time, we are waiting for the expansion of the club to a more than twenty-one countries in the world. In the coming years, we plan to further invest in real estate, green or other unique technologies, but also, for example, in strategic commodities, among which we also include organic food and water in addition to traditional energy,“ concludes Martin Klouček.
